About the association

An NGO built around education that's actually useful.

The Origio EDUNOVA Association is a Romanian non-governmental, nonprofit organisation founded in 2025 in Bucharest. We bring applied workshops in financial education, soft skills and health education into schools, high schools, universities and foundations, for young people aged 6 to 26. We do not lecture: we build real situations in which young people make decisions, fail safely and go home with skills that stay.

Mission
Education with roots

We bring real learning back into young people's lives, not as theory but as applied education: money, character, communication, discipline and skills that matter in real life. We believe good education is not measured in information delivered, but in the way it shapes people.

Vision
Back to the essentials

A generation of young people ready for real life: who know how to manage their money, communicate clearly, understand their body and emotions and make decisions they will not regret. Education with roots, for a life with direction.

What we do

Financial education

Personal budgeting, needs vs. wants, saving, the first salary, financial decisions under pressure. Workshops adapted by age, from 6-year-olds to medical students.

Soft skills

Clear communication, public speaking, teamwork, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability and personal responsibility. Practised, not explained.

Health education

Nutrition, movement, breathing and stress management, hygiene and prevention, sex education and healthy relationships, delivered together with health professionals.

How we work

  • On the basis of a signed partnership agreement with the host institution: school, high school, university, foundation or student association.
  • In a non-formal education format: exercises, simulations, games, teamwork and presentations, not lectures.
  • With content adapted to the participants' age and reality: a workshop for 8-year-olds looks nothing like one for medical residents.
  • With feedback measured at the end of each workshop through an anonymous questionnaire, and transparent reporting of the figures to partners.
  • Free for participants. Workshops are funded through the 3.5% income-tax redirection, donations and sponsorships.

Our values

Applied, not theoretical

Every concept we bring into a workshop is experienced through an exercise, not merely explained.

Respect for participants

No moralising, no taboos, no "you young people". We treat students as people capable of making decisions.

Transparency

Our impact figures are real, measured and published. The activity report is available to anyone.

Access

We take workshops where they arrive least often: rural communities, programs for vulnerable children, high schools outside the capital.

Mihnea Andrei Constantin, President of the Origio EDUNOVA Association

I started Origio EDUNOVA out of the conviction that young people need education with roots again: one that does not just inform, but forms. In the workshops I delivered as an expert in financial-education programs, I saw how quickly a teenager's thinking about money changes when they work on real situations instead of definitions.

I design applied, warm and well-structured projects that make financial education, communication, self-reflection, discipline and personal growth accessible and relevant. I personally deliver most of the workshops and work alongside invited professionals (doctors, finance specialists) wherever the topic requires it.
